Animal Genetics has had that available for a while.

Since at least March of 2012 - LP/CSNB test now available!

According to a friend, the patent for this test was applied for just last summer and Animals Genetics had a test that was based on the SNPs.
Having a test for the actual causative mutation (and associated SNPs) is new.
