I'd say definitely Sabino. Doubtfully Roan. Testing would be interesting. Might even have some Frame going on there. Wish we could see the sire and dam.

I say no true roan. Bay with either sabino or dominant white.

Agree with the consensus, bay base coat with either sabino or dominant white which is causing all the white patches and the roaning.

If it were true roan, it would avoid his face.

He's definitely a cutie!
