I'd call him a sorrel overo, unless you got him tested which would be the only way to really determine whether he's a true tovero.

I would say

Sabino Splash
PROBABLY with Overo mixed in there, but it's hard to say. The markings are dead straight Sabino, but the white head says Splash. Overo's likely to be hitching a ride in there somewhere.

That sorrel in the background is another Sabino.

Wait! I'll fix it....

I think there is definitely frame (overo) in there. Also see sabino with the roaning, and splash could be there. I can never tell with face white if it is frame or splash, I think frame causes bald faces too from memory so it could be either. Definitely at least frame and sabino though.

Mods, grant me the serenity to see the opinions I cannot change, courage to change the ones that should change, and the wisdom to spot the trolls.

I agree with twogeldings, looks like a sabino. Here is a link to the APHA page where they discuss this to better explain it to you. :)

He is 100% without a doubt frame, he screams it. But also other white patterns, so hard to be sure when they are that white.

I don't much think that he is sabino. The horse in the background is most definitely sabino, but this guy screams frame overo at me.

That article is over 10 years old, so you have to take a lot of the information with a grain of salt. I'm not sure it was known at the time that there are many kinds of Sabino, which would explain why they seem to think that the 50/50 rule of gene inheritance doesn't apply to Sabino.
They're also not taking into account that many of the horses are probably also carrying Splash.
Also, the Puchilingui line has been tested & proven to be Dominant White, not SB1.
