What kind do you think he is?

The woman I bought him from says he is an apendix/qh. But I'm not too sure about that. Please excuse his ribs that are showing. He was rescued and almost starved to death. The lady I bought him from has only had him for two months. We are working really hard to fatten him up

You might get more responses if you post it in the Horse Breeds section. I can't offer much for breed because I'm terrible at identifying crosses.

I part own an Appendix QH and I must say, yours has a very similar build to Andy Pandy. But I guess without brands or registration or knowledge of his parents its a hard thing to find out
