What Specific Kind of Bay is This?

So this mare - the one that got away, for me, I regret not being able to buy her! - is a really pretty kind of bay that I'm addicted to. Her body is this rich sort of dark bay/brownish/red color, as you can see, she has all the black points and undertones of gold (seen in her face.) Is she just a mix of bays, therefore uniquely colored, or is she a specific color of bay that I'm unaware of? She was a kill lot baby, and she came to the barn with no mother.. so there's no help there. I have only seen one other bay look like her, but he doesn't quite have the undertones of yellow that she does.

She's a seal bay (a.k.a seal brown or brown). The cinnamon coloring around the muzzle is a dead giveaway

Brown agouti instead of the regular bay agouti. Beautiful horse!

Ohh.. that explains why I've never seen other bays like her! Haha.. thanks guys. :) If she is a seal bay, does that mean she's likely shed into a darker coat now that she's older? The barn I used to lesson at sold her, so you're looking at .. 2/3 years of age for her body shot, and 5ish for her face shot. I'm thinking of posting her to see what breed she could be too. Just 'cause I'm obsessing over her at the moment.

She has a change in her genes that make her soft spots (her nose, gives it away completely) are a golden color. True bays won't turn gold like that.

I guess you could say she's a bay. Just not a true bay.
