If it is that picture, I want to say yes, brown based buckskin. HOWEVER, here is a big fat disclaimer - Appy colours are messed up, and the appy genes do all sorts of freaky things to base colours, especially black. So I am in no way certain
In this picture the horse has just had a bath. lol needed it. his foals are mostly buckskins, his dad is a yellow buckskin and mom is a chestnut. He only has 4 foals that aren't buckskin out of 25. When he is dry, his coat has yellow or cream colored tints. Just not sure about him lol, His foals are mainly his color at birth and change to more yellow colored no matter the mothers color. Kinda wierd but .... thanks!!
