2007 AQHA Dun Gelding

This is Link my barrel horse, feel free to be honest because I know he's not perfect. But this is him in shape, all shed out, and in 5 months of owning he's grown both taller and wider.

The scar on his pastern is just a surface scar

Beautiful guy!
Good shoulder and neck set.
Good depth of girth.
Back isn't too long.
Pasterns may be a bit long, but nothing terribly off about his front legs.
Bum high
Sharp slope to his croup
Back legs look fairly correct. Maybe just the tiniest bit cowhocked.
Overall really nice confo ;)

He looks a bit toed in on the front and toed out in the hind. ;) He has a particularly short back, and has a steep, flat croup. He has long, upright pasterns, and an upright angle to his shoulder. Is he a bit rough in his gaits? He's built downhill, and his neck ties a teensy bit too low into his shoulder. He's got a long, unremarkable head, and big ears –*but he has a nice big eye. He's in good condition and has moderate muscling without much definition.

His hooves need a bit of work, but they should be fairly easy to fix.

Overall he looks like a super cute, sweet guy(:

Hes actually got a really smooth jog, a nice trot and a smooth canter. He has a big stride too, overall he's not a rough horse at all really.
