Ok so I know Baby's are hard to Critique because they are growing and all, but some things don't change with growth, so I was curious what you could tell from her at the moment? If you want more information on her in general, I made a thread for her in the picture section
Overall I like her a lot. I'll like her even better once she's out of those nasty fuzzies. Lol
Her pasterns are upright, but that will probably change. Her shoulder looks fairly steep in some pics. She toes out a little in the front, but that might correct itself with trims and such. I like her hind end a lot. Great angles on her hocks and her hip is nice.
Can't wait to see her grow up!
I can see the name Jewel fitting her, for some reason.
Hard to really judge at this stage, but her shoulder isn't bad.
Front legs look good, though the one foot does appear to toe out a bit.
I like her hindquarters
Back legs look good as well, though her pasterns do look a little long and upright and she's cowhocked.
Overall a rather nice looking filly ;)
I like the name Jewel as well or maybe Dolly
I don't judge horses at a young age because I have seen ugly funky built things grow up to be stunning and beautiful conformation. And I have seen babies that have amazing conformation grow into something that is way out their and not good looking....
I would wait to judge until she is AT LEAST a yearling.....
