Confirmation on my 7 year old gelding

I have posted some before but they werent very good pictures. Here are a couple of pretty good confirmation pics.

Nice horse, but you cut off his legs & hooves in the photos. Decent croup, hindend but weak in gaskins, nice forearm. The angle of his back legs from what I can see are very nice, his chest is very nice as well. His neck is lacking muscle and appears to be drooping, it also ties it quite high on his shoulder, also the length is on the short side. Shoulder angle is fine. He appears to be a bit on the tubby side but has a nice short shiny coat.

How do I get him to have muscle in her neck ? been wondering for a while now :)

I agree mostly with waresbear.
His shoulder is decent but his neck is set high.
Back isn't too long
He stands a little under himself in the front legs
Hindquarters look good, though they could use muscling and he appears to be a bit bum high
Can't say much about the hind legs, though as waresbear stated, they look as though they would conform properly...

his butt is so hard to get into shape. Getting much much more muscled now then before. Doesnt gain fast. :)
