Confo this little guy !

This is Joey, 7ish year old Welsh(?) gelding. Around 13hh
I don't really have an eye for conformation but it seems to me that he is slightly 'pigeon toed', with 'downhill' build and a 'bull neck'. I could be wrong as I don't know the standards for his breed. His right eye is also completely blind. It is a 'small eye' congenital defect, totally blind - no shadows or anything and he's had it all his life. Any help would be appreciated. Also, I know his hoofs are long; we are currently switching farriers and have one scheduled for this Friday.

First of all it doesn't matter what breed the horse is but it should have the "same" proper conformation. This means NO horse should be built with pigeon toes, downhill, steep shoulder, etc.

Second try to get some straight on photos of his front end. It's difficult to see with these. Also it will be easier to judge him if you got some better photos. Look up some tips on the internet of how to take proper ones.

Other than that here's my opinion:
He's actually a nicely built boy with a good hind end on him. Looking at these pics he does appear a little downhill but maybe that's just these pics. I like his straight legs but can't tell if he's pigeon toed. His shoulder looks a little steep. I Like his pastern angle. His back looks slightly sagging with high withers so it might be difficult to find a good fitting saddle for him. Other than that he's pretty nice looking!

I like his hindquarters and he has good pasterns
Hard to say onhis back legs, but if he is a tad sickle-hocked it is not by much and I wouldn't worry any about it.
Overall he's not a bad looking little pony
