Conformation for a 15 year old Appendix QH

I know it isn't the best picture in the world, but I have always wondered if he has good conformation or not...

From this angle I cant see to much and know for sure but I would say that from what I can see the croup looks steep, back looks deep then neck looks tied in a little bit lower then normal, and looks to have straight pasterns. This horses hip might be a little bit small and a little cow-hocked but nothing seriously concerning about the 'flaws' all together this horses looks well proportioned and balanced.
