Conformation on a 3 year old OTTB gelding

Hey there, figured I would post my new horse and see what people thought of him

I feel like he is more well conformed as compared to my other OTTB gelding.

But have at it (:

My other OTTB, for comparison.

He's a very eye-catching boy! I really like his body, but unfortunately his legs - namely his pasterns - scare me. They're a mile long, and that could mean that they could be more prone to injury. He's a tad over at the knee as well, so my concern would be with any sort of suspensory injury.
From the knee up, I love him!

Do you think he would be alright as just a pleasure horse? I don't plan on using him for anything strenuous. Going to train him to jump, but nothing over 2'3" - 2'6" as I don't have a desire to go higher than that. I don't really compete or anything either. He is just going to be my all around, replacement for Junior, type of horse. Since Junior is retired now.

I didn't notice his pasterns till you pointed it out, but wow they are super long! It made me realize just how short Junior's are lol. I have never really compared my two boys conformation wise.
