It is cute. Mare ? Gelding.. hard to tell with the pics.. looks like maybe straight shldr /pastern ? Again.. not a good pic for confirmation critique. Looks like a real cute strawberry appy ;) POA not quarter pony.

Just from that photo, I can't really say much about his shoulder but it doesnt look bad.
Neck is quite thick.
Nice front legs.
Back is long.
Nice, round hindquarters.
Hard to judge the back legs without having him squared up, but nothing appears glaringly off.
