Question Conformation on my Welsh/Arabian cross

Not great conformation pictures except for the one showing her right side.........I don't see anything glaring.....but she is awful cute.......but needs to loose some weight.

all she eats is hay in the afternoon and 1 scoop of feed in the morning. (but our pasture has little grass right now cause we havent gotten to replanting. we pretty much have sand instead of dirt aha.) so i dont see how she is so fat lol
