Critique this boys conformation... Barrel horse

Hey, I like this boy the most of the ones I have looked at. His price will need some adjusting though! All I want is something to do paydays on, maybe a little higher stuff. He's ten, quarter horse.

Green Broke
I like his shoulder and he has a good depth of girth.
Nothing appears to be off about his front legs
Back is a little long and somewhat swayed in that photo
Steep angle to his croup but otherwise nice hindquarters.
Back legs look good as well

He is ten, running 4D/3D without being pushed at all ((recovering from strangles)

Well, if he was rode for a long time that could explain his back. I'd be weary about him not being able to handle barrels for much longer and stay sound, though. That's a pretty weak topline.
