Critique Cargo!

Cargo is my Mini boy with unknown background. He's two yrs old. Tell my what you think of him and if you think some of his flaws will get better with time/excercise. These are the best pics I could get of him.

He's sure a cutie!
As far as conformation goes, he has a good shoulder but his neck is set a little high and slightly ewed.
A little over at the knee in the front legs
Possibly roach-backed.
Sharp slope to his croup and sickle-hocked.
