Critique Lily, Again!

Okay, so now that she's at her best, I decided to try and get some good confo pictures. These may not be the best, but I tried. Do the best you can! Some things I have spotted out; Her neck needs way more muscle, but it ties in nice to her chest.
Her pasterns are rather long. I can't say enough how much I love her butt! After she's been on her grain it keeps building up back there! Before I start on her actual conditioning ( Long trots, canters, gallops. ) I'm starting from the ground on voice commands and the little essential things that lead up to a great horse!

She is a cute little horse. What do you plan on doing with her? She looks like she was bred for cutting.

I'm wanting to do speed with her. Mainly Barrel Racing though. That's were I want to go in my horse riding career. Maybe some Sorting and Reining as well.

Needs alot of muscle in her neck to match that bum of hers, first off lol Love the hindquarters on her.
Shoulder angle is a tad steep and her neck is set high.
Girth could be deeper
Hard to really tell about her front legs because of the wraps but she appears sickle-hocked in the back.
Should develope nicely with some conditioning as you mentioned.
