Critique my 11 year old AQHA/APHA gelding -Pics & Video-

He's a 2002 15.1 hh AQHA/APHA pleasure bred gelding. I'm looking to sell him soon and I need a critique of him from a buyer's perspective.

Crappy video but the only video I have of him on this computer:

Harley trotting. - YouTube

Slow motion:

I'm not longer interested in pleasure. Haven't been for a long while now. I got this horse in a trade a year ago after trying to sell my mare for 2 years. She wasn't selling because she had PSSM but she was a very great quality show mare. No one likes dealing with a horse with problems like that. So we traded her for this horse because there is a better market for APHA's in the AZ market. I don't have a better video :/ He lives on AZ while I live in GA for the next couple months. All I can say is that he is a great horse. Very well trained. But I have other interests.

He looks like a really lovely all purpose western pleasure type horse that you could do horsemanship/trail/pleasure/western riding type classes with. He looks nicely balanced and well muscled. A few negatives I see is he is a little down hill with a low attached neck, over at the knee, and a little straight through his hind legs. None of those things should effect him in the long run if he is used in the disciplines he's suited for. Being down hill/low attached neck, and having a straight hind leg is a common trait seen in pleasure type stock horses, and doesn't usually inhibit their performance. I also like how he has good bone and good sized feet, not too light and small.

I really like him. If I was looking for an all around type western horse, I would be interested in horses like him.
