Critique my stocky QH!

This is Newt, an 8 year old sorrel QH gelding. I'm about to sell him, and I'm just wondering what you guys think of his conformation? And before anyone says it...Yes, I know that he is f.a.t. I've tried getting him slimmed down, but this boy is just a big stocky lug.

I am not a stockhorse person so would critique him like an english rider.

He doesn't seem to have much of a chest, I think they call it 'nesty' in the US? He is a little thick through the gullet and a little straight in the shoulder. The photos are hard to tell from, he is standing rather awkwardly in the top photo and the ridden one is hard to get much from. He looks a little downhill.

I love his hindquarter and he looks very sweet!

He is camped under, butt-high, and his neck ties in a little low.. Doesn't matter to me I still want him-- he has a nice straight forearm, clean throat-latch, short back, good lookin head, and nice hooves-- I'll take him! He brings back childhood memories of a chunky monkey gelding I used to ride. And he looks like an absolute sweetheart!
