Critique a possible buy for me?

Nelly 7 Year old Quarter Horse

So I'm looking for a horse that I can mess around with and start doing some low level reining with. I've been looking and looking for a horse with good conformation for this that wasn't too far away, low price and at least some training. I'd be lying if I said her low price wasn't one of the reasons I am interested in her although I am slightly curious as to why she is selling her so cheap. Could it be that she is grade? What are the cons to having a grade horse if I want to get into reining? Let me know what you guys think of her conformation :)
Also, these were the best pictures the woman provided me when I emailed for more. :/

I'm suspicious of why you can't see the horse's pasterns or feet. She looks to be standing low on those front pasterns, but I can't really see since the grass is mostly covering them, and completely covering the feet.

She sent me more than this but I thought for a Confo critique these were the best. I always forget the Pasterns and feet though! :/ here are some more where you can kind of see her feet.

All of the pictures are all of the same horse. Just different stages of greying :)

Wow, those are huge pics, but nice. I like this horse, can't find too much wrong in the way she looks.

I'm sorry for the big pictures guys :( I had to post them using my phone and I couldn't figure out how to make them smaller.
