Critique possible buy please.

Hello, thanks for reading:) I am looking for a young, fresh show jumper to possibly train up to a grand prix horse. I want you to critique this guy as much as possible! I don't care that much about confo., unless it will cause problems. Tell me thoughts about the price; I think it's a bit high for a young horse, but his jump is spectacuar! Also tell me if you think soundness will be an issue down the road because it lookds like to me he has jumped a lot previously even though he's still young. Thanx!!!

Never mind the two replies I posted. I got it all fixed! The link I posted below is the same one above. Either will work.

He seems to appear very athletic and english "type". I don't know much about the Grand Prix specifically, but with more training I'm sure he could go as far as you wish to take him. His trot looks a little bouncy..but maybe it's just the video? In the jumping videos he seems to second guess his jumps (Burggraaf x Haarlem...06 01 2011). Not sure if something in the audience is spooking him, or maybe he's timid in the show ring? (Could be dangerous in the future.) Just a random thought ;)

Overall-very nice looking horse.

You understand the horse is in HOLLAND and would have to be imported to the U.S.? $15,000 is nothing for a Dutch WB, usually if they're really good, they're over $40K. The import and quarantine would make his cost more in the neighborhood of $25-30K by the time you were done.
