But the frustrating thing is, she said those types of horses that get there are only there for like, a week at most before they find new homes. Which is great, but it's like the second they go on the website I need to contact someone right away. The other frustrating thing is that the woman said whoever is on the "looking for a home" page most likely needs re-training, which costs money to do. My mom won't budge on even paying $500 or $1,000 for a horse. In her eyes it has to be free. Which just annoys me. I know she only told me yesterday that I could seriously start looking and I know that it takes time.
Today she basically told me she expected the horse to be free or we weren't getting it..
then she goes on to say "worst comes to worse, we get you good lessons a few days a week so you become a solid rider again." I so wish she realized that "free horse" usually means "problems or needs training."
