Help with possible buy please

6yr Halter Bred Black BS APHA Mare

Does this price seem a little steep? Also, does her back end look funky to you?? Thoughts?

Back end does look funky. Price might be ok depending on how much training shes had and if its in the discipline you want to ride her in. HOWEVER, 5k is pretty **** expensive IMO, unless shes some super show horse.

Than again I'm poor :P

Price is steep But noticed alot on the website looked overpriced. She does have steep croup rest of her is pretty enough. No pedigree posted just that is impressive bred & again no HYPP status.

I like her. I'd go check her out personally. Her hind end is kinda funky but it's not a bad kind of funky. Depending on what she can do, I'd pay 5k for her.

Pssh.I didn't pick up the wrong lead
It's called a counter canter...

She looks to be a true black, which is not common. This is the type of black that does not fade in the sun and there is NO white on her.

That being said, she has a steep croup and a somewhat straight hind leg. Her front pasterns are very steep and straight. She actually stands (in that photos) like her front feet hurt her a bit. Maybe navicular? Another photo on better footing may help a lot.

She is well muscled for the halter ring.
