How is this horse's conformation?

This is rebel, a 9yr old paint, im looking for opinions on his conformation, strong points and flaws, thankyou

It's not the best angle to judge from, but from what I can see, nothing major sticks out to me. Tiny feet, but that could be the picture.

Sickle-hocked, but otherwise very nice conformation.

No, he actually has nice hocks its the way he was standing, its a bad pic I know, if you look at the other leg you can see kinda but the tail is in the way, but it does look sickle here I agree
