Mare I am leasing

I am just wondering about her conformation. Just basically how well it rates. I just started leasing her. She is a 9yr quarter horse. She needs some refresher training but she is very willing. Would like to possibly start showing with her. Sorry this is the only picture I have of her right now.

Come back with a better picture. This one is doing the horse no favors.

Hard photo to judge, but the one noticable thing I can pick out is that her back is long and possibly bum-high.
Can't really accurately judge much more than that though
