My 5 well almost 6 yr old paint mare. Just curious what yall think of her build. I got her as a 2 yr old from a guy who didn't know what he was doing and locked her in a stay and gave her dirty dingy moldy hay. She was a bag of bones and just infested with worms so bad. Took me few months to get her cleaned out with dewormers and my vet dugan doing fecal counts on her. But she is good 15 hands these days and just my lil porker and spoiled baby

Can't tell anything from the pics, except that she looks well fed. We need proper conformation shots to give honest opinions.

Snapped few photos before turning my horses out to the big pasture. Just want some opinions on her conformation. On her back left leg she has a big scar. That was a big open wound when I got her it was so nasty. It was oozing puss and had proud flesh. Had my vet come out and clean it up and give me some banmine and antibiotics and wraps for it. But still to this day is she jumps down from something she kinda just drags that leg. Had her checked two weeks ago and they said she was sound for trail riding but not jumping or barrel racing it would put to much strain on it and she has tissue damage from the injury she had.

Can you judge her conformation with theses better? I can try and take shots a bit more distant if needed.
