Palomino Paint... Need expert advice.

I really am looking into buying this horse. She is $1,000 and 4years old and broke to ride. She is trained to do obstacle courses and playday events. She isn't registered, but what breed might she be?

Here is her add: distance=0

They have videos of her and I can try to post a link for anyone who is interested!

She looks like a plain old Paint horse to me. QH cross or Paint, She really doesn't have any specific breed parts that catch me other than Stock Paint.

Which is fine really. I just want a trail horse that is flashy.
