    Pepper before and now

So I was skimming through my photobucket and I saw Pepper pics from the summer of last year and now. I struggled keeping adequate weight on Pepper for a long time, he would drop 100lbs like it was nothing, he's always been harder to keep up and he's my most actively used horse. But I think I've got his calorie intake finally figured out. I've worked hard to rebuild his weight, muscle and top line. Think we still gotta work on the muscles but the top line looks much better. What do you guys think? He's a 13 year old Sorrel DW paint. He is about 16.1 hands. PS: I know that nylon halter is snug it did not fit him at all but it was just for a few minutes till my friend brought my truck and trailer back. Took all my stuff lol.

This Pep's halter isn't it pretty? Lol. As you can see he's very enthusiastic about his pink halter.

Much improvement in his topline. Shame on you! Bad enough you put that halter on him but to take a picture??? He'll never be able to live it down. LOL

You can tell a lot from looking at his eyes in the first picture and then the after pictures. They are brighter and with more life. He looks so much happier now!

I upload my pics to photobucket if you have a smartphone there is an app for it. I just copy the [IMG] code and past them here and the pic will work. And thanks guys and btw he usually always looks sleepy, I kinda wonder if is his eyeliner. But a funny thing about him is people make fun of him because he power naps in between rodeo events but he's this big high powered horse when I'm ready to go. I always say he's busy charging for the next event lol.
