Please critique her? Possible buy--7 year old TB mare

May 2011 104.jpg My hunt for the elusive versatile, pony club, hunter/jumper, continues on...
Tonight...someone got in touch with me who had this horse for sale last summer, and we talked, but she decided not to sell. Now she's moving, and has to.

Mare is 7, just over 16hh, only done flatwork both english and western. I want something that can jump (read: sound, good confo). Tattooed but never raced.

Also...The lady wants a stubben...and I happen to have a stubben, that fits a propane tank, and no horses I have...which could make a very nice partial trade

What do you guys think? Worth a 2hr drive and a look tomorrow? Or pass on by?
Edit: The girl in the pic is 5'8" (my height). Do you really think the mare is 16hh flat?

Pretty hard to tell if she can jump since she has never done it.

Sidelight-didn't we do this same thing all last spring with you?

Very high in the wither, needs a ton of muscle to her neck and hindquarters.
Roach-backed and has a very prominant point of croup. She also looks buck-kneed
On the plus side, she has a nice deep girth and decent back legs
Chopsticks likes this.
