    Please critique my Pony cross!

Alright so this is my pony James he is 13.2 hands high and about 7-9 years old... not sure as he's a rescue and dosn't have papers!
He was used as a driving pony and used as a stud. This summer he went under saddle training and has been very very laid back and easy going.
    Critique away! :)
Hopefully these are good enough! He was being a bit of a pain in the butt to stand square.
    Thanks in advance.

ApolloRider- Thank you! It sure is surprising that this cutie was in a feedlot just minutes away from being shipped. :(

I don't know much, but he looks nicely boned and I can't see any major faults. He looks like such a love and is super cute! Very cuddle worthy!
Maybe a tad overweight? I can't tell really, because my mare is very narrow and slender looking, so I think a lot of wider horses look chunky ):
