Please Critique Samra

I asked for a critique on my other thoroughbred not long ago, now its Samra's turn! I have had her for 2 months now, she still needs more weight and muscle on her but we are working on that!

Samra is a 7 year old about 16.1 hh thoroughbred mare. I know these aren't the most ideal pictures but let me know what you can get from them. I'm just looking for a general critique on her confo as well as what you think she might be good at.

As always thanks in advance!! :)

the first pic she is on a slight incline.. here are a couple more pictures, not sure if they will be help.

The side view she looks like she is standing under herself in the front but that is not a typical stance for her. Its not very easy getting good confo shots with no one to hold the horse for you! Haha

She's going to be quite a looker when you get her fat and fitted up properly. Other than toeing out a bit on the back, her legs appear to be nice and straight. She might have a slightly offset knee on her right, but it's hard to tell from just the one picture. Hock angles are good, pasterns are short and well angled, shoulder is a bit more upright than I like but it's not bad. Her back is a touch long and I can't tell if she has a slight roach or if that appearance is just due to her lack of condition.

I couldn't give you an accurate suggestion on what she might be good at though she does strike me as a HUS or maybe low level jumper. Not sure though as those are not my sports LOL.

Always remember that feeling of looking at a big, open country over the ears of a good horse, seeing a new trail unwind ahead of you, and that ever-spectacular view from the top of the ridge!!! Follow my training blog: http://robertsontraining.blogspot.com/

Thank you for the critique smrobs! I can't wait to see her once she's bulked up a bit. She has the most beautiful floating trot so I'm looking at doing hunter/jumpers with her :)
