Please give me your thought on my horse's conformation

Millie is a 15.2hh standardbred mare. She has just turned 12 and has had four foals. Millie was a pacer about six years ago. Please give me your thought on her conformation. This is her picture.

She's a beautiful horse :) but that's all I can say from this picture, you would get more accurate responses with better comfirmation pictue. There are lots of threads on how to take one. I really like her head though, she's pretty!
