Possible Buy-Conformation Critique! (Morgan)

I am looking at this 5 year old Morgan mare on Thursday. What can you tell me about her conformation. Sorry the pictures aren't the greatest, its all her owner sent to me. Tell me the good, and the bad. Thanks!

Green Broke
Shoulder angle is not bad
Neck is set high and needs muscle, which causes her head to appear large
Appears a tad buck kneed and she's rarther upright on the front pasterns
Back is long and bum high
I like the shape of her hindquarters
Back legs are either a tiny bit sickle-hocked or perhaps posty. Either way, they do not appear to line up 100% correctly. Not extremely bad though lol

She'll be sway by the time she's 12. I'm telling you now. The back just looks weak, and that's sad for a 5 year old.
She's also incredibly upright on those hooves of hers.
Depending what you want to do with her (and I would hope it wasn't much more than a hack), I'd seriously look elsewhere. There are certainly MUCH nicer examples of the Morgan breed floating around.

Possibly splayed foot. Maybe upright shoulder, bum high and long back.
