    Possible buy- Maybe for Gaming

    Okay I asked for conformation pictures specifically asking for her to be squared up, a pic of back/front legs ect. I waited a week for them and well this is what I got... So please do you best until I get more or when I take them myself. I know these are horrible pictures.

    A 4 year old unregistered quarter horse mare. They say she is about 15 hands but honestly I am not sure if they are correct on that. She is green broke. Can apparently W/T/C under saddle. I have worked with and trained horses in the past so this does not phase me. I have a friend who is a trainer and also I have my own. If I need help with anything I have it I think her face looks funny because of that "halter" they have on her. She needs a lot of muscling and some weight. But from what you guys can see, what do you thinking? Could she be a decent gaming horse? (I know the horses own drive adds into the factor of that as well)

    Again I am sorry about these pictures! All else fails I'll take some myself.

    First off, my personal opinion is do not buy her, keep looking.
    Multiple things that make me want to leave her and continue;
    You had to wait a week for crappy pictures, they couldn't even put a lead on that (about to break) halter that doesn't fit.

    She doesn't have a lot of muscle condition, and a poor topline. This really stands out to me on her for some reason. I'd bet money she has worms.

    Her head, she has the ugliest, most unattractive head I have EVER seen on a horse, let alone a mare!

    She is slightly sickle hocked, but severely underneath herself.

    The owners are feeding their horses grain dumped right onto the ground.

    I wouldn't waste my time looking at her.
    On a positive side, I really love that shade of bay.
    Elana and Stichy like this.

    Green Broke
    Texas freedomnailed it. Anyone to send photos like that is trying to hide something. Too many other horses out there.. Pass.

    BTW I don't care about head. You don't ride the head. OTOH the hed to neck connection counts and she is a bit hammer headed. This will make her more difficult to get balanced for things like gaming.

    Yeah I decided to not even go look at her. Someone passed this ad to me after I mentioned I was thinking about buying a new prospect. The more and more I talked to the lady the less and less I liked the mare. I didn't like her that much in the first place but I was told she was cheap and solid. I am going to keep looking...
