Possible critique?

Not sure if any of my pics are good enough for a critique however would like to get an opinion on my QH mare. She is 15 years old and a doll to work with. I have had her about six months or so. I read these threads trying to learn more about conformation and would love to get some input on her. Thank you!

Wow, there is really nothing I don't like about her!! She's balanced throughout, love the length of her back, super nice hip, level across her topline, awesome bone in her cannons, lovely set to her hocks, gorgeous neck that ties in well into her wither and her chest. She looks fit and conditioned with some nice muscle tone, but she LOOKS like a mare....there is a bit of refinement without losing substance. How is she bred? I'd love to have her as a broodmare if the bloodlines were right!

Very nicely build horse ;)
Only faults i can see are her front legs appear to be over at the knee and her shoulder angle is a bit steep for my taste but she is gorgeous apart from those minor flaws but NO horse is perfect 100%
Love her hindquarters!

Is her name Chex a Bar? Because according to AQHA database, Chex A Bar is a chestnut, and your horse is clearly a bay.

Let me go grab her papers real quick......yes that is correct. Her name is Chex A Bar and her papers DO say she is chestnut! I had never even noticed that before! The rest of her markings are correct on the papers. Wow

^hmmmm.....who did you buy her from? Did you get her from the last recorded owner on the papers? I would definitely contact AQHA and let them know you have papers for a horse with that name, however your horse is bay. I hope nothing was amiss with papers and previous owners.

My guess is the breeder somehow incorrectly reported her color. The markings are listed correctly. I bought her from a close friend who is the last recorded owner on the papers and the only owner aside from the breeder. She has owned her since 2000 according to the transfer date on the papers. She was foaled in 1997. Do you think I should let AQHA know of the color error still?
