Potential Buy - Dressage Mare

Anyone interested in the full story can take a jog on over here; Meeting my Dream Horse. Twice.

In short I ran across this lovely gal whom I met years ago and got to fall in love again. I like a good bit about her, nothing jumps out at me particularly atrocious, and I hope to use her in a discipline that I know very little about: dressage. I would like to start lessons, and if I show, it will be lower level dressage. I have been told this mare is particularly talented for her breed, but for what little I know of the discipline it is hard for me to say. I think she looks nice, she doesn't move half bad, but there might be something I'm missing. So any critique would be helpful!

The photos are from her ad, but I do have some from years ago when I first met her. :)

All I can say is while it is difficult to look good in a winter coat, she does it quite well! I like her build a lot. A little thick in the throat latch but that may be from her fuzzy coat. And Maybe a bit over in the knees but impossible to say in that photo. I'd buy her!

Any horse can do lower level dressage; your mare is stretching in the riding photo pretty much to her limits. If lower level is all you want to do, she's got the will and ability. She looks like a very nice little horse :)
