How's she looking?

None of these photos are showing off the way I think she would look if properly photographed. I see a pretty mare here with some good qualities. Deep hip, straighter shoulder but nice wither set, clean throatlatch, nice pasterns, good bone, compact back and even through all thirds. All of her looks good but the photos don't really show her well.

Yeah, I wasn't having much luck getting pics that day... I'll try again soon to get some good pictures at least.

Any comments on muscling and weight??

She's got pretty good conditioning all over, keep going and she'll be a very fit horse in due time :)

I think she's about a 7.... maybe...

So maybe cut back on her feed and work her some more, in different ways, so that fluff turns into muscle.

She hasn't been worked very consistently, so once I'm able to get riding her I think she'll slim down and bulk up. I can't really cut back on her feed, she just runs with the rest of the herd on pasture.
