Warmblood mare for Dressage Possible Purchase

For dressage, possibly eventing. She is 4 year old QH/Oldenburg about 15.2 hands. I really like her, but I'm afraid I just like her color and her cute face and she isn't quite as nice as she should be for dressage. I never would have thought to cross those two. She is $4500. My heart is saying I love her, but my brain is saying it's not quite sure.

Here is an older ad for her with confo pictures. She has apparently grown a full hand since then.

Green Broke
Certainly is a nice looking horse.
Not a bad shoulder on her.
Good depth of girth
Neck needs muscling in my opinion
Front legs look good, however her pasterns are long and she's set back on them.
Back is a good length
Nice hindquarters that should muscle up well
Nothing seriously off about her hind legs either.
Will try the video again...
