    What do you think????

16yr old, 14.3hh mare. Quarter horse (could have some TB too).
had one baby 3 yrs ago. Been out to pasture since then.
Broke, Broke, Broke but not ridden for a long time. She goes western and English, flying lead changes, etc.
Wondering what her overall conformation is like for a pleasure riding horse???
    Thanks so much.

Need better pics to tell you much. She looks to have a realtively short back(so beware of big western saddles) which can make for a 'choppier' ride. She is a bit 'sickle hocked' behind & has rather straight looking hind legs. Her forefeet are a bit 'camped under' - well under her, which could indicate sensitive/sore front heels or high heels, if that's the way she commonly stands.

Have you tried any reining with her? She is sort of built like one.

    Green Broke
Like to see a better photo. A horse that age with some training on her would be really nice to tune up and go with (a 16 year old green horse OTOH not so much). What is her pedigree? Can you get that?

Looks like nice low hocks and knees, a bit of a hay belly.. but can't tell a lot more.
