Just looking to buy as I am dying down here without a pony

He will just be a hacking out, maybe some light showing/jumping.

The pictures are not good enough to tell much about him. If the price listed is correct, I would be very suspicious that he is either lame, blind, or crazy. Is the low price is because he has problems? "Needs experienced rider" often translates to "I am terrified of this horse".
If, however, he is sound and halfway trained, you couldn't go wrong.

Down here nags are going cheap as we're in a drought and TB's are like sand on a beach. SB's are even cheaper. He looks ok, maybe long necked. Have asked about teeth, riding, health. The thing that flags it for me is the needs experince in company. Weeeeeeeeelll oooooooookay lol. Trouble is he is so far away. I think I may be better looking a bit closer. I like him because he is huge ;)

I think it said 17 hands? You should ask if he comes with a step ladder for mounting.

Why not do a care lease on a horse for a year rather than to buy?

I've been looking, trust me :(
However, I'm thinking of putting it on hold. I need to buy a bed and a laptop for my assingments and I really don't have time nor money. I already have two nags back home to think about so yeah. It's a nice dream though ^_^
