Wondering about his stability to event :)

Hey, I have had some wonderful break throughs with my paint Rem, and feel that we can make it to 'our' original plan of doing some eventing. Nothing huge, Ill hopefully have a career in video-game design around seattle in a couple years so it would just be wa state stuff. We have been doing more dressage lessons with my trainer which has proved to be more fun then I thought dressage could be, I love trotting side passes! He is also really foward in jumping. I only go over small cross rails with him, but he has jumped some fences so I know he can do it.
I was just wondering comformationally if he is built stable enough for eventing, if that makes sense lol. These were the best pics I could get, hopefully I can get someone to hold if you need better.
I wish I had before pics of him, for example he is bow legged in the back, however now its just slight and he doesnt weave, it used to be sooo much worse were he would weave terribly and his toes touched, hocks out eww. FYI if anyone's is horse is bowlegged it can't really be fixed but dressage is magical!!

What are your guys favorite half pads? I have seen some nice looking wither relief half pads just wondering the good and bad

I think he'd be fine for lower level eventing! Any horse with enough heart and nothing wrong with him physically can do it! He sure is pretty :) Not much for a confo critique though lol

As far as half pads go, I use a Roma half pad for practice. It's great and pretty darn cheap. They come in colors or black or white

Your horse looks like my mare. I would totally use him for eventing. Those horses come in all shapes and sizes and as long as he's sound for it then i'd say go for it. It's TONS of fun. We were doing the little pre beg. Novice this summer and ended our last show doing Beg. Novice and it felt amazing. I just love it
