Nothing high class, just local. I know he doesn't have the best confirmation.

We can't tell conformation shots by really any of those photos. The photos need to be taken from the side directly looking at the horse.

Unfortunately, all we can see from these photos is that he's a cutie. For anything further, you need to take some shots of him standing square, on level ground, from both sides and front and back
