I've already said my goodbyes (with a very heavy heart) but just to add that Mike has made moderating feel really worthwhile. He takes every bit of it seriously and spent hours composing carefully thought out messages to members who needed some serious guidance. He was like a big brother to us Mods (even though he is much younger than me) in that he consoled and forgave us our mistakes and was willing to cast the final vote when a difficult decision created division amoungst the mod team. And his creative abilities are much underutilized. The guy could have his own stand up comedy show or rock band, if he wanted to.

Ugh! Mike, I am sorry to see you go. In my history here, I've mainly agreed with you, but had some low down all out arguments at times, and what stayed consistent was my respect for you as a person. I am not pleased that you are leaving us, but pleased that you are moving onward and upward. I hope you get to spend much more time with your little one.

Yung, welcome. And best wishes! :)
Others have said, there are some big shoes to fill. And that's right, when there's big decisions to make. And then other times, like the walking dead conversation, where Mike makes us a little logo in the top corner. He has done the same with the paste conversation on and off for a long time. It's always unannounced and it was always fun.

So tell us a bit about yourself Yung, if you don't mind. I am Alex, and if you didn't notice, I tend to ask the questions on my mind.
