You're welcome to send a couple hundred carrot cookies via the Carrot Kitchen, but there isn't a way to transfer carrots from one member to another.

That's several hundred non-trivial posts, and the requirement is in place to ensure that members who leave shout outs are at least somewhat established here, therefore bolstering the likelihood that they can be trusted not to post something inappropriate at the top of the page for everyone to see.

Gotcha...just rattling chains. Friday is upon us and I'm feeling my oats.

You have been trying to short circuit me right from the beginning.

Well I have opt out for years now and the game doesn't really interest me anymore....I am working on my second billion in coin on Farmville....and getting to level 500.

How many carrots does it cost to send a shout-out per minute?

Why are people giving themselves shout outs? I thought it was to address other people whom you thought deserved one, not to blather your own self congratulation.

You get 1 minute per carrot with a max of 15 minutes at a time, equiniphile.

I used the term "shout out" because I thought it would help members understand the type of thing this is. It isn't necessary that "shout outs" be addressed to other members, though, and envisioned members sharing accomplishments and/or fun or interesting things about themselves as a perfectly legitimate use of the feature.

If anyone has an idea for a better name, I'm definitely open to considering changing it.
