Talking 5 months and a whole lotta love!

When I first started leasing my mare, on April 1st, her mane was a terrible mess!! It was super uneven, and dull and dry. Yucky!!

Here are the before and after pictures. The first picture was taken on the day I started leasing her, and the second was taken about 4 days ago.






And after...






Her mane has grown about 1.5 or a little more inches. The last picture doesnt do her mane justice! It looks so much better in person.

The only think I don't like, is how thick her mane is!! Its near impossible to do anything with it! Lol

Really the only things I did, were brushing it out every time I went out to the barn, and condition it about once a week. I also braid it a lot. I am not sure if that does anything?
