I think that is a bit outrageous for a brush.

I love my oster set, but sadly keeping my horses at a boarding barn everybody has used them and abused them, without my permission. Sigh.

It's quality though, I couldn't pay £27 for a brush and not be able to justify it. I'd much rather save up for one amazing brush than have lots of average ones :)
I'm into the natural sort of brushes too, I'm not a fan of bright colours or anything xD The Oster brushes are nice though, what is the face-finishing brush like?

I don't know how available oster brushes are where you are, but I would invest in a set of them instead. They are very nice quality brushes and should last you a long time.

I have the Oster face brush and it is nice - very densely packed and cushy. It's compact round shape makes it easy to use.

Also, I bought a green set off horseloverz.com, which was on super sale - I think it was 27 dollars for a 7-piece set, which was normally $60 or $70. If you check around, you might be able to find a similar deal if you are interested in Oster.
