Anyone ever bought Espana products?

I once got some samples of conditioner, shampoo, and detangler made by Espana Silk products. I especially loved the detangler..made the hair VERY easy to brush, was not oily at all (actually repelled dirt), and the stuff is fairly inexpensive for the quantity or quality. However, I have called the company 3 times because I would rather order over the phone than online, and have gotten the same message all 3 times. I did leave a message as they said to...and never got a reply. So, while I really liked the product, I am hesitant to buy from what may be a bogus company. Anyone else ever bought from them?

Also, any other suggestions for good detanglers. I don't mind spending a little money for a good product, but buying product after product that just isn't that great gets really annoying.....

Ok, so I did get a call back . Looks like it's a little "mom and pop" kind of thing. They were very nice, and tried to get me the best deal possible. I ended up getting an entire liter of the stuff, which works really well, for only $25 with shipping, and they are sending me extras as well. The dealer who is shipping it to me was also very nice and even explained how to best use the little extras they are sending. I should get it all on Tues, so I'll let you guys know how it came in.
