I'm going to bump this one for you, because I want to know what to do about Duncan's baby fluff!

Foal
I've always just used a simple shedding comb and followed with a brush down. One thing I have found that works wonders is giving a bath (I like to use Cowboy Magic shampoo and conditioner, whitens like a charm) and then towel dry. The fluff will become fluffy, and just continue the process. Shedding comb followed by a brush down.

Same as you shed any horse. Use a shedding blade.
