Do you mean the tail bone? Or using vetwrap to wrap the tail (not the bone)?

I don't know how to wrap the tail bone, as I've never done it before, but here's a video on how to wrap the tail (not the bone) with vet wrap.

Start at the very top of the tail placing the end of the tail bandage underneath then slowing start wrapping it down the bone making sure it doesn't slip down at the top. Then once you feel you're coming to the end of the bone start to go back up a little until you have reached the end of your bandage and then just tie it in a bow so hold in place :)
Making sure it's nice and tight by the way

    Hope this helped :)
