No, bathing too much is so bad for them. Espically everyday.

Horses have special oils in their coat that they need, and if you bath them too much, they will get rubbed out. Not good!

I've heard some people saying that 1x week is okay, yet some others 2x/year is the max!
I stick with 1 time a month in the hotter months.

    I know, seriously.
You should see some of the ponies at a Pony School. They're hardly ever bathed, if at all.

I bathe my horse only before a show, or when he's really dirty. And at fair, I bathed him every single day about 3 times, but with no shampoo or conditioner.

1xmonth is the MAX I would say.

I normally bathe grendel 1xyear in the summer before a show since he stays really clean all year round.

On a side note, there's really not much wrong with bathing tails a lot. In the summer, it's like standard procedure to bath the tail after a hosing, especially if you show a lot and it's kept in a bag all braided up.

Blah I don't bathe mine everyday I somtimes bathe them everyother day if I don't ride them in the summer but wen I ride in the summer I bathe them after
But in the winter I ride? I normaly get a washcloth and wipe away the dirt/sweet off
But I don't wash them everyday I think its waistful water and the horse will get dirty [like roll in the dirt]
    But that's my opinion ;]
